Conditions& useful information

Prices are per apartment per week and include bed linen and towels, 2 weekly cleaning with partial change of linen and all additional costs (heating, electricity). Final cleaning is not included in the price (€50,00 for small apartments and €80,00 for large apartments) and will be charged at the end of your stay. A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm the reservation.
If you would like to bring your dog or other pet with you (we only accept small pets and a maximum of two per accommodation), please let us know in advance (only allowed in some apartments).
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount booked will be charged. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 and check-out is by 9:00. Local tax of €2,80 per person per night is not included. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

SUMMER 2024
If your stay is longer than one week, you will receive a 10% discount for each additional week (except during the August holiday period).
